After a standout 60-win regular season that atoned for recent playoff disappointments, the Boston Celtics are ready to take the next step in the postseason as they prepare for the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Heat.

The Celtics swept the Nets in the first round and held off a late charge from the Heat to conclude a grueling seven-game series and advance to the NBA Finals for the first time in 12 years.

Jaylen Brown Shines, White Stays Hot

In Game 1 of the series against the Heat, Jaylen Brown set the tone with a strong performance, while Derrick White continued his hot streak from beyond the arc. White hit five 3-pointers in the game, including a crucial one late in the fourth quarter to help seal the victory.
